The concert is over now. Great audience response quite a few people told us it was “inspirational” Many came to both concerts brining other people the second time.
Saturday December 13th 10 am ( a stroller friendly concert) and 730pm. concerts are at Grace Anglican Church a lovely warm log church from an earlier time.
The morning concert is stroller friendly. The music is calm and beautiful, even the faster livelier pieces are gentle. Some are less well known carols with descriptive musical introductions, some are more familiar pieces in lovely sophisticated arrangements. The third group of pieces consists of the more popular selections for Instance Rudolf the red nosed reindeer.
During the morning concert we will have some gentle percussions instruments for the children to play during the popular selections.
The evening concert contains the same repertoire as the morning one with more of the modern arrangements.
