Concert Band Music

All our band are separate entities. We have the New Horizons Adult Band in Prince George. This band has run for 14 years and generally performs at least twice a year, it is supported by the city of Prince George, BC Gaming and member contributions.

We started a Community Band in Burns Lake from our Oosta lake office where we have resided for 9 years. This band is currently unfunded other than the personal contributions of Erica and Simon .We also ran a Band on the Southside of Burns Lake. also unfunded. All 3 band are again offered this year.

Currently we  have 2 pro musicians  working on a volunteer basis managing the day to day operations.

Work includes, travel, instrument repairs, books, website maintenance, board meetings grant applications, research and and reports scheduling, venue rentals, advertising, social media, emails etc……..a minimum of 20 hours/wk
